SOURCE DEFINITION

Person who was originally registered in another BMU Tuberculosis Register but transferred to the current BMU to continue care; s/he retains the previous registration number from the referring BMU and outcomes are reported as part of the original BMU cohort; or a person who was hospitalised prior to being referred (in contrast to transfer, see below) to the BMU (and therefore was not included in a Quarterly Report on Tuberculosis Case Finding in BMU from the hospital).
